Services to Institutions:
TSLO’s services to businesses, non-profit entities; educational institutions; religious organizations; hospitals, etc., include the following:
- Assistance with obtaining visas to the U.S. for foreign national employees for temporary or permanent employment and visas for dependent family members;
- Assist start-up companies to obtain temporary work visas for foreign national employee and/or transfer foreign employee from overseas branch, parent, subsidiary or affiliate;
- Assistance with obtaining visas for employees of foreign companies to visit the U.S. temporarily for business meetings; requirements gathering; conferences; training, etc.;
- Assistance with obtaining visas for employees of multi-national corporations to transfer foreign employees from overseas branch, parent, subsidiary or affiliate to the U.S either temporarily or permanently;
- Assistance with obtaining temporary work visas for employees of foreign corporations trading with or investing in the U.S.;
- Assistance in transitioning foreign national employees during corporate restructuring; mergers, and acquisitions; and
- Assistance in developing policy and processes to comply with U.S. immigration and Nationality laws and Department of Labor regulations pertaining to the employment of non-U.S. workforce.

TSLO’s services to individuals include the following:
- Assistance with obtaining U.S. citizenship;
- Assistance with obtaining visas to the U.S. for temporary or permanent employment;
- Assistance in obtaining temporary or permanent visas by investing in the U.S.
- Assistance with obtaining visas to visit the U.S. temporarily for business meetings; requirements gathering; conferences; training, etc.;
- Assistance in obtaining waiver of the 2 year foreign residency requirement for certain J-1 visa holders;
- Assistance in obtaining student visas;
- Assistance in obtaining asylum in the U.S. based on persecution in country of origin;
- Assistance in applying/registering for Temporary Protected Status (TPS);
- Assist in obtaining relief from deportation.

- Assistance in applying for permanent residence in the U.S. based on family relationships;
- Assistance with obtaining permanent resident visa based on employment with International Governmental Organizations.
- Assistance for applying for visas for Fiancé(e)s of U.S. citizens;
- Assistance in applying for temporary visas for spouses of U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents;
- Assistance in applying for permanent residence in the U.S. as a battered spouse or child of a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident;
- Assistance in applying for permanent residence in the U.S. as a Special Immigrant Juvenile;
- Assistance in applying for permanent residence as the widow or widower of a U.S. citizen;
- Assistance in applying for humanitarian re-instatement of an immigrant petition revoked due to the death of U.S. citizen petitioner.
